Work Outfits for Petites

Vertical stripes and a defined waist are key for petites, and if your pants are a tad long, a slight heel or pointed-toe flats will help avoid bunching.

Single-breasted Jacket + White pants

Cardigan + Midi Skirt

It’s the ideal finishing touch, warming up the neutral palette and making the whole outfit feel intentional. This look is my cold-weather MVP—it’s office-appropriate but still relaxed enough for coffee runs or after-work drinks. Plus, the monochrome base (black on black) lets the blazer and boots really shine.
