Whites are my favorite in the summer time. Nothing is better than a simple white cotton dress that you can easily throw on and pair it with either flats or heels. Of all the whites, white skater dress is always my preferred silhouette , because they are so versatile- whether it’s a casual or formal occasion, they are always appropriate, plus they can really make my legs look very long.
I like to mix white skater dress with colorful shoes and bags. In this outfit, I’m pairing it with Marc Jacob stam bag and Charles David heels.
This quilted Stam bag is my all time favorite. This is a classic from Marc Jacobs and comes in a variety of colors such as nude, black, yellow, and etc. It comes with a metallic chain, which is super cute but makes it a little heavier for everyday use so I normally take it off. The Stam bag used to be such a big hit, and to me, it was love at first sight- fortunately I got it from Nordstrom Rack at a really reasonable price (under $500, compared with almost $1000 retail). I am considering getting another one in pink, but it seems to have sold out everywhere, and I am only able to find it at the Real Real.
Charles David is one of my favorite designers. I love their design- always so chic and full of cute details, plus, it normally has a very reasonable price tag! I wear shoe size five, which is hard to find a lot of choices, but Charles David never disappoints. This yellow shoe really stands out with a white skater dress. The exaggerated button is so cute! The heel is about 3 inches, and it is actually very comfortable.
